Courses on Atifay are digital products delivered instantly. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded.

7-day refund window

• You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• The request is accepted if you have completed less than 20% of the course lessons at the time of the request.
• Access to the course ends as soon as a refund is approved.

What is not refundable

• Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
• Purchases where a large part of the course has already been watched or downloaded.
• Bundle purchases where one or more included courses have been substantially completed.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the terms of use.

Write to us from your registered email with your order details and the reason for the request. We review every request and reply within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
